Students were given seventy Popsicle sticks, tape,
and glue, and were challenged to create a bridge
that could withstand the weight of at least one
brick. The goal was to create a bridge that could
hold the most bricks. Prior to building,
students planned out the four sides of their bridge
in their STEM journals.
